Atwell Equipment Rentals LLC provides equipment rentals that can be reserved online. Our services include browsing available equipment, selecting rental dates and pickup windows, signing a rental agreement electronically, paying online, and receiving transactional updates about your reservation.

A reservation is not confirmed until required steps are completed, including signing the rental agreement and successful payment where payment is required. Holds on a selected time slot may expire if you do not finish checkout. Pricing, deposits, cancellation windows, and late fees are shown during booking and in your signed agreement.

Rental charges are processed through our payment provider. When a security deposit is required, your card may be saved and a temporary authorization hold placed before pickup or before return, depending on rental length. The hold is not a completed charge unless we capture funds after inspection for amounts owed.

By opting in to text updates during booking, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages from Atwell Equipment Rentals LLC about your rental. Messages may include reservation confirmation, access code delivery before pickup, and deposit settlement notices. Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of rental purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are used only to send the messages you requested and to operate the rental service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You agree to provide accurate booking information and to use the website only for lawful rental inquiries and reservations. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse payment tools, or access another person’s account or reservation without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atwell Equipment Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Equipment rental liability and risk allocation are governed by the signed Equipment Rental Agreement for each booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were published.
